A strong French participation is expected at analytica 2018 – the leading international fair for analytics, laboratory technology, biotechnologies and life sciences
The French market generates 1.7 billion euros in total. The French manufacturers generate around 600 million euros, of which a share of more than 50 percent is exported worldwide. Around 3,000 employees in some 40 companies are employed in this key industry.
Many of these are innovative medium-sized companies closely oriented to the needs of their customers and partly operating in market niches. Research in France is characterised by a high inventive capacity in the field of instrumental equipment. However, the exploitation of this innovative strength is still limited, as it requires the industrialization and commercialization of products.
Here, Fabrilabo and Business France want to remedy this situation and support small and medium-sized businesses in strengthening their presence abroad, for example at international trade fairs such as analytica in Munich. The aim of the companies is to establish contacts not only to customers but also to selling agents and distribution partners in Germany and worldwide.
The instruments, devices and laboratory equipment presented at the Munich industry meeting will be used in research, innovation, quality and testing laboratories that make a significant contribution to the economic development of such diverse areas as the chemical, environmental and food industries, biotechnology or medicine.
The joint booth is organised by Business France, the French authority for International Business Development in co-operation with Fabrilabo, the professional chamber of the manufacturers and suppliers of laboratory equipment.
